Mission - To have AA Alumni from TAMU engage AA students :

To support & leverage the existing TAMU on-campus programs that guide them to and through the academic major of their choice

Offer advice on how to manage their academic priorities in preparation for their career

Including on-campus industry-based organizations State & National Industry/Trade groups to follow Assist with potential internships
-
Industry-based mentoring that focuses on the career & positions that match their interests and abilities

2019 Aggie Impact Gala
The Aggie Impact Gala is a celebratory event that honors the recipients of the Aggie Impact Award. The award, sponsored by the first Constituent Network of The Association of Former Students, Texas A&M Black Former Student Network, recognizes individual persons who have set themselves apart through their success in their profession, undying commitment to serving society and his/her community, and to their service to the African-American students, faculty, and former students of Texas A&M University.

Texas A&M University Big Kick It
Aggie Big Kick It is celebrating 10 years this fall. Join us in Aggieland September 20-22, 2019. RSVP's will open August 1.
Calling all Greeks to ABKI X! Chapter Meet-N-Greets are being scheduled for September 21, 2019 before the ABKI Tailgate. Chapters are encouraged to plan activities on or off campus. Chapter contacts are strongly encouraged to work with the ABKI committee to ensure you have a meeting room, if necessary. Don't see a contact for your chapter on our website? The WBAC Networking Brunch & Small Business Marketplace is calling for current and former student entrepreneurs, small business owners, and hiring executives of large corporations to set up booths at this year's brunch. All booth renters are strongly encouraged to participate in the brunch to help us achieve a 2:1 current student to former student ratio at this year's event. The event is currently open to 60 current students. Let's get more than 20 former students from all industries in the building. Applications & RSVP's will open July 15.
The pre-game for ABKI X begins with National Aggie Brunch Day set for August 4, 2019 in Austin, Dallas, and Houston. Locations will be announced mid-July. Don't see your city and want to host? Contact info@aggiebigkickit.com.
